Chelsea boss Enzo Maresca was handed a one-game touchline ban and an £8,000 fine following his energetic Chelsea 2–1 win over Liverpool on 4 October 2025. His demeanor was nearly rebellious but reflective. He did it himself by accepting the accusation of misconduct. Maresca’s behavior was deemed by the Football Association to be “improper conduct and/or abusive or insulting behaviour,” and that his red card was sent out close to the 96th minute.
